A creamy, cheesy, and comforting baked chicken dish perfect for entertaining or a cozy family dinner. Easy to prepare and irresistibly delicious!

Ingredients
 

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup crushed butter crackers
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place in the dish.
  • In a bowl, mix soup, sour cream, mayo, Dijon, garlic powder, onion powder, and half the cheese.
  • Spread the sauce over the chicken and top with remaining cheese.
  • Combine crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the dish.
  • Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and chicken reaches 165°F.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
  • For a crispier topping, toast crackers before adding.
  • Serve with rice or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
